Job summary

Alan is hiring IT Engineers to build and own our internal technology platform across identity, provisioning, and security. You will work on automation, SaaS provisioning, and the tooling behind our clinics, with scope to expand across countries.

You will contribute to end-to-end projects, improve onboarding/offboarding pipelines, and help maintain the ISO 27001 and ACPR compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams in Paris and beyond.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT engineering with ownership of production-facing systems.
• Depth in at least one area (platform & automation, identity, endpoint & security) and range beyond it.
• You write code: Python, APIs, and shared repo contributions are normal.
• Structured problem-solving with clear questions, failure modes and rollback.
• Comfort with regulated environments: health data, ACPR, ISO 27001, HDS.
• Automation & AI appetite: use AI to accelerate delivery and automate repetitive work.

Responsibilities

• Own and extend automation on Alan Home and provisioning engine.
• Maintain and improve helpdesk automation, SaaS provisioning flows and onboarding/offboarding pipelines.
• Own meeting room AV and room-booking platform as a product across offices.
• Manage IT lifecycle across Google Workspace, SSO/SAML and SaaS ecosystem.
• Grow role-based access and ensure end-to-end lifecycle auditing and evidence for auditors.
• Own SaaS procurement and license management: vendor relationships and renewals.
• Lead international expansion on the IT platform and onboard new markets.
