• Must-have IT operations experience with on-call / production support.
• Ability to document workflows clearly and build automation ideas.
• Ability to ramp up quickly and own projects with senior engineers.

• Own L1/L2 oncall for 900+ users across multiple countries.
• Administer Google Workspace, SSO, licences and access reviews.
• Own end-to-end onboarding/offboarding and build projects with mentors.
