Job summary

Pinterest in Paris is seeking a Senior Insights Partner to translate first-party data and syndicated research into actionable stories that drive revenue in the French market and related sectors. You’ll partner with Sales to tailor insights for advertisers and lead AI-assisted workflows, collaborating across teams to craft compelling narratives.

This role demands strong data storytelling, SQL expertise, and experience presenting to diverse audiences in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience using data to solve business challenges and data storytelling.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in data querying and manipulation in SQL
• Track record of evaluating AI-assisted work with testing and validation
• Ability to connect data analysis to business questions and outcomes
• Experience building presentations and visual narratives (Google Slides)
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience in digital advertising or social platforms is a plus

Responsibilities

• Analyze first-party platform data to build insights that drive revenue in France, Italy, and Spain (France focus).
• Translate datasets into compelling insights stories supporting revenue goals and go-to-market priorities.
• Leverage third-party data sources and commission research when needed to deepen context.
• Engage clients directly with Sales to present work and influence stakeholders.
• Lead projects to improve Insights team impact and collaborate across functions.
• Maintain strong relationships with Sales, Marketing and Creative teams.
• Utilize AI toolkit to speed up insights workflows from identification to reporting.
