EUROPEAN DYNAMICS is seeking a Security Officer to join remotely, with on-site collaboration for major client IT teams. The role emphasizes leadership in information security, risk management, and governance across projects and services.

The successful candidate will develop policies, perform risk assessments, and drive security initiatives, while supporting technology planning and ensuring regulatory compliance within an international environment.

Qualifications

• University degree in IT or relevant discipline, with minimum 8 years of experience.
• At least 7 years of experience in risk management, information security and IT.
• Experience in contract, vendor, and managed services procurement.
• Hands-on experience with cloud computing technologies and virtualization.
• Experience in Agile software development and DevSecOps.
• Knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001 and related standards.
• Excellent command of English.

Responsabilités

• Develop and oversee information security, IT risk management, and governance frameworks.
• Advise on security strategy, policies, standards, architecture, resilience, and operational security requirements.
• Develop and maintain the Information Security Management Framework (ISMF).
• Establish and monitor IT governance, risk, compliance, audit, and reporting processes.
• Conduct security risk assessments, vulnerability assessments, IT security audits, and business continuity planning.
• Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.
• Lead enterprise-wide security initiatives and promote security awareness.
• Provide technical leadership in resolving complex security issues and controls.
• Manage industrial and personnel security clearance processes and liaise with authorities.
• Support strategic technology planning by advising on cybersecurity risks and best practices.
