CEVA Logistics is seeking a Senior Indirect Procurement Buyer to manage and grow a portfolio of indirect spend categories. You will combine strategic category management with hands-on sourcing, defining procurement strategies, running tenders, and negotiating with suppliers to deliver measurable savings.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers in an international organization, contributing to continuous improvement of CEVA's procurement practices.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in indirect procurement.
• Proven experience managing one or more indirect procurement categories.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Experience autonomously managing procurement projects from strategy to implementation.
• Focus on cost optimization and savings delivery.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement category strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage a portfolio of indirect spend categories and identify cost, value, and risk opportunities.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing projects from market analysis to tendering and contracting.
• Negotiate commercial and contractual terms with suppliers.
• Develop and optimize the supplier panel and monitor performance.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with internal governance and processes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders in an international environment.
