Job summary

TOPPAN Security is seeking a senior Programme Manager in France to own the successful delivery of complex customer programmes within Identity Solutions. You will coordinate between customers and TOPPAN teams, ensuring contractual commitments are met across software, credentials and supply chain.

This role requires transversal leadership, decision-making in dynamic environments, and the ability to align diverse experts toward a common objective.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 7+ years of programme/project management experience.
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Own assigned programmes end-to-end and ensure delivery against contractual commitments.
• Manage scope, planning, financials, contracts, supply chain, risks, issues, changes and dependencies.
• Translate customer and contractual requirements into clear delivery plans and coordinate internal teams, partners and suppliers.
• Coordinate technical deliverables across secure credentials, document personalisation and software/technology solutions.
• Build and lead cross-functional project core teams, aligning experts and driving delivery without direct authority.
• Work with Legal, Sales and Finance on contract follow-up and supplier agreements.
• Act as key customer interface by phone, in writing and on-site; manage expectations and relationships.
• Represent TOPPAN during deployment phases and supervise resources on customer sites.
• Maintain concise programme reporting to support decision-making and escalate risks or issues.
• Identify continuous-improvement opportunities and potential add-ons with commercial teams.
