Job summary

TOPPAN Security is seeking a senior Program Manager to own the delivery of complex customer programmes within our Identity Solutions business, coordinating across software, credentials, supply chain and cross-functional teams to ensure contractual commitments are delivered on time.

You will lead a cross-functional core team, manage scope, planning, risks and supplier relationships, and represent TOPPAN confidently with customers during deployments and reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field.
• Around 7+ years of programme / project management experience with ownership of complex programmes.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end project lifecycle and structured PM framework.
• Proven customer-facing experience, including expectation management and stakeholder communication.
• Fluent in French and English; PMP certification current and active.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned programmes end-to-end and ensure delivery against contractual commitments.
• Manage scope, planning, financials, contracts, supply chain and risks.
• Translate requirements into delivery plans and coordinate internal and external teams.
• Coordinate deliverables across credentials, document personalisation and software solutions.
• Lead cross-functional core teams and drive delivery through collaboration and influence.
• Manage contract follow-up, supplier agreements, and legal risk with relevant teams.
• Act as customer interface by phone, email and on-site; maintain trusted relationships.
