Qualifications

• Masters degree or higher in a field related to control solutions and power electronics.
• Proven experience in engineering with additional R&D funding.
• Strong understanding of HVDC control algorithms, software architecture, and high‑reliability real‑time control.

Responsabilités

• Act as a recognized technical authority in HVDC control & protection algorithms for internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead major R&D and product enhancement projects with broad scope and high impact.
• Drive standardization efforts and participate in IEC/CIGRE activities and industry committees.
• Mentor engineers in patenting processes and oversee patent evaluation activities.
• Oversee R&D programmes from conception to industrialisation and ensure successful delivery.
