Qualifications

• Requires deep technical understanding of real-time control systems for HVDC platforms.
• MS degree or equivalent in product development, manufacturing or related field.
• Demonstrated depth and recognition as a domain expert in HVDC control & protection.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a recognized technical authority in HVDC platform solutions.
• Coordinate standardization activities and represent GE Vernova in IEC/CIGRE and similar bodies.
• Stay abreast of state-of-the-art technology developments in HVDC control & protection.
• Develop and maintain a strategic HVDC technology roadmap.
• Lead/advise R&D and product enhancement projects with broad scope.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to patent activities.
• Oversee R&D programs from conception to industrialisation and ensure delivery.
• Collaborate with Power Conversion Systems, Grid Automation and Power Technology teams.
