Job summary

SeaOwl Group is seeking a seasoned HSE Project specialist to assist in implementing the Project HSE Management System for a major offshore program. You will coordinate HSE objectives, drive safety and environmental culture, report KPIs, and support SURF, SPS and FPSO leads across packages and sites. English mandatory; French beneficial.

• Confirmed Engineer with 15+ years in Oil & Gas HSE projects.
• Strong coordination and communication across multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to drive HSE improvements and culture with management support.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate definition of HSE objectives and improvement actions; monitor and report.
• Support HSE MS improvements for risk control across project activities.
• Promote leadership commitment; coach managers ahead of HSE tours.
• Assist leadership in improving HSE culture and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate HSE tours, committees, and monitor findings closure.
• Manage reporting of HSE performance, audits, and lessons learned.
