Sealsq, a leading international semiconductor and cybersecurity technology company, seeks a Senior Technical Product Manager to own next‑generation TPM and hardware security products from definition to launch.

You will collaborate across hardware, firmware and engineering teams, drive market qualification, and lead design-win activities with OEMs/ODMs. The role demands deep engineering knowledge and a proven track record in hardware security.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product development / lifecycle management.
• Minimum 3 years with physical hardware products.
• Background in hardware security, cybersecurity, networking or compute infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of the TPM ecosystem.
• Proven experience taking a hardware component from development to market.
• Experience working with major OEMs, ODMs or technology customers.
• Fluent professional English.

Responsabilités

• Own product strategy, roadmap and lifecycle.
• Drive hardware products from development through qualification and market launch.
• Define requirements based on OEM/ODM and customer needs.
• Work closely with hardware, firmware and engineering teams.
• Support technical debugging, validation and product readiness.
• Lead customer qualification and design-win activities.
• Manage product business cases and P&L.
• Develop positioning and go-to-market strategy.
• Support strategic customers and complex technical opportunities.
• Coordinate engineering, product and sales during new product introductions.
• Contribute to security standards and certification activities.
