You will collaborate with operations, product, and marketing, build a high-performing team, and leverage your deep knowledge of the French market to drive profitable outcomes. The role is based in TikTok's Paris office with a focus on strategic expansion.

• Define the long-term vision and strategic roadmap for the Home & Living category, setting direction and leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Own the full P&L for your category, driving topline growth and profitability.
• Build and lead a high-performing team—hiring, developing, coaching top talent.
• Identify, onboard and grow sellers, shaping the category ecosystem on TikTok Shop.
• Drive seller development and optimize performance through strategic relationships.
• Collaborate with operations, product, and marketing to unlock seller potential and accelerate livestream/short video commerce adoption.
• Navigate a dynamic environment, adapt to change, and influence stakeholders to enable strategic decisions.
