Jobgether in France seeks a Senior Growth Analyst to own data and insights that drive growth for a leading productivity product. You will analyze the full customer journey and turn complex data into actionable recommendations across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and renewal.

You will build reliable dashboards, define events for new features, run A/B experiments, and collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering to shape quarterly priorities and pricing strategies.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of growth, product, or marketing analytics experience in a B2C or SaaS environment.
• Experience supporting customer acquisition, pricing, monetization or migration for subscription products.
• Strong SQL, and hands-on experience with BigQuery or similar warehouses.
• Proficiency with Tableau/Looker and product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Heap, Hotjar, PostHog).
• Experience with marketing attribution tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Kochava).
• Python or R for data analysis; ML/time-series knowledge is a plus.
• Solid understanding of funnels, cohorts, retention, churn, lifetime value.
• Ability to translate complex analyses into actionable business recommendations.

Responsabilités

• Transform and analyze large datasets to identify growth opportunities across the user journey.
• Build self-serve dashboards providing reliable sources of truth for growth metrics.
• Define, QA, and document event structures for features, campaigns, and experiments.
• Analyze funnels across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, purchases, and renewal to identify drop-offs.
• Design and monitor experiments; validate results with statistical rigor.
• Develop forecasting models covering installs, conversion, retention, and revenue.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering to shape quarterly priorities.
