Qualifications

• 8+ years backend engineering experience.
• Deep hands-on Neo4j expertise with Cypher.
• Strong graph data modelling experience.
• Proven technical leadership beyond individual contributor.
• Strong Java/JVM and Spring experience.
• Experience with CI/CD and cloud-native practices.
• Security-focused design and OWASP awareness.
• Ability to influence architecture across teams.
• Excellent communication in distributed, async environments.
• Bonus: GraphRAG, LangChain, or LlamaIndex knowledge graphs.
