Global Switch seeks a Facilities Services Contracts Manager to lead critical and noncritical site service contracts for its data centres. You will drive tendering, contract negotiations, KPI/SLA enforcement, and vendor performance reviews.

Work with Operations and Project teams to ensure procurement policies, safety standards, and optimal cost/quality balance. Coordinate with over 30 providers and ensure documentation and budget reporting to support resilient data centre operations.

Formación

• Deep understanding of contract requirements for both critical and noncritical assets.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety statutory requirements and ability to enforce compliance with corporate and local policies.
• Expertise in tendering, negotiating, and securing contracts that balance quality and cost.
• Strong organisational skills for managing documentation and service provider records.
• Skills in supporting teams to hold vendors accountable and conducting regular performance evaluations.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external service providers.
• Ability to work effectively across groups, including operations, management, and project teams.

Responsabilidades

• Ensuring all service provider contracts include requirements for maintaining both critical and noncritical assets.
• Enforcing adherence to Health and Safety statutory requirements, aligned with both corporate and local policies.
• Overseeing that all site activities comply with procurement policies and guidelines.
• Leading the tendering and negotiation process to secure the best price/quality balance for services.
• Responsible for procuring all critical and noncritical services (with 30+ providers) and coordinating noncritical services.
• Managing and maintaining all documentation related to noncritical service providers, requiring strong organisational skills.
• Supporting the Operations team in holding vendors accountable to these KPIs and SLAs.
