WeMaintain is seeking a Senior Group Accountant to bolster the Group Finance team in Paris. You will drive monthly and year-end closes, manage intercompany reconciliations, and ensure accurate group reporting across France, the UK, Singapore and Hong Kong.

You will liaise with the Global Head of Accounting to strengthen accounting policies, tax compliance and audit readiness while delivering scalable processes for a fast-growing, international business.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in general accounting, ideally within an international or multi-entity environment.
• Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting and monthly closing processes.
• Experience with VAT / indirect tax accounting across multiple jurisdictions.
• Exposure to intercompany processes, consolidation and group reporting.

Responsabilités

• Manage monthly and year-end closing for multiple entities across France, UK, Singapore and Hong Kong.
• Prepare and review intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
• Ensure balance sheet accounts are reconciled, documented and supported.
• Support consolidation schedules and group reporting flows.
• Coordinate VAT and indirect tax reporting across entities.
• Assist external auditors with documentation and queries.
• Improve accounting processes to be more structured and scalable.
