Job summary

Keoni is seeking a Senior Functional Consultant / Business Analyst to drive the modernization and centralization of applications in the Pension and Social Protection sector. You will analyze, design, and deliver IT transformation projects while coordinating with multiple departments and IT teams in Paris.

The role requires strong functional analysis skills, a track record in IT projects, and excellent communication. Knowledge of Office 365, SharePoint, and SAS tools is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Functional Consultant / Business Analyst.
• Strong experience in functional analysis and supporting IT projects.
• Ability to work on both maintenance activities and transformation projects.
• Excellent communication skills and proactive, autonomous work style.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint.
• Experience with data development/analysis tools: SAS Viya, SAS Guide, SAS Admin, Microsoft Fabric.

Responsibilities

• Maintain existing applications and resolve incidents.
• Contribute to IT transformation projects: analysis, design, implementation and delivery.
• Participate in follow-up meetings, workshops, and operational committees.
• Coordinate with Supplementary Pension, Social Action, Customer Relations, and IT teams.
