Beev, a Paris‑based SaaS startup, seeks a Fullstack Tech Lead to design and develop our SaaS and internal tooling. You will report to the Head Of Engineering and drive the technical implementation, mentoring the team and embedding AI tooling into development practices.

The role requires 7+ years in SaaS/Platform projects, strong ReactJS/NestJS skills, and a delivery mindset. You will join a fast‑paced startup with a focus on transparency and impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of developer experience in SaaS or Platform projects.
• Experience with ReactJS/NestJS is mandatory.
• Experience in a Fast-paced startup environment preferred.

Responsabilités

• Design technical bricks from functional specs in collaboration with product.
• Develop and test code; enforce testing strategy with unit and e2e tests.
• Architect and ensure scalability and performance of the platform.
• Mentor junior/mid developers and lead code reviews.
• Share knowledge and stay up-to-date with new technologies and best practices.
