Beekeeper is seeking a Customer Solutions Engineer in France to collaborate with customers, design and implement scalable integrations, and maximize Beekeeper’s value through API-based solutions. You will work across sales, product, and engineering to deliver seamless technical solutions and drive adoption of integrations.

You will have hands-on experience with Workato or similar iPaaS, strong Python skills, and a solid understanding of REST and SOAP APIs, SSO (SAML 2.0), and data

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in technical development or sales engineering, focused on integrations.
• Must be fluent in German or French (ambiguous language in posting; both are considered).
• Proven experience with Workato or similar iPaaS for building integrations and automations.
• Strong knowledge of integration tech: REST, SOAP, API development, SSO (SAML 2.0).
• Experience in Python and related integration tooling.
• Experience managing technical implementation projects in an agile (Kanban) environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with non-technical stakeholders.
• Degree in CS/Engineering/STEM is preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Lead discovery and development of technical solutions, focusing on integrations that add customer value.
• Oversee technical rollout during onboarding, configuring integrations via Workato.
• Design and implement complex integrations connecting Beekeeper to external systems (HR, payroll, LMS) via APIs, SFTP, REST, SOAP.
• Install, configure, and support Marketplace apps with complex integration needs.
• Gather technical requirements from customers and translate into actionable solutions.
• Act as technical advisor across pre-sales to post-sales, supporting customer success with integration needs.
• Coordinate with customers, success, product, and engineering to feedback product enhancements.
• Identify opportunities to improve integration processes and automate where possible.
• Create training materials on integration solutions and best practices for the customer success team.
