Job summary

Dedale Intelligence is hiring a core contributor for a small, high-ownership engineering team. You will work across the full stack, taking features from design to production and shaping technical direction.

Day-to-day you will build production-grade features, design APIs, and contribute to AI initiatives while collaborating on architecture decisions and code reviews. You will stay curious and help elevate the team’s practices.

Qualifications

• Experience building production-grade applications and shipping features end-to-end.
• Comfortable navigating an evolving codebase and taking ownership without micromanagement.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken; team and documentation in English.

Responsibilities

• Build new features on customer-facing platform and internal tooling.
• Design and maintain APIs powering the product.
• Contribute to AI initiatives, including evaluating where AI adds value.
• Participate in architecture decisions and technical discussions.
• Review code to improve team quality and maintainability.
• Stay curious about new tools and approaches and share learning.
