Job summary

Bridgenext is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our LATAM-focused automation platform project serving the fitness and wellness industry. You will own end-to-end delivery from concept to production, collaborating with a product owner and cross-functional teams to ship impactful features.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, applying Rails and React expertise, AI coding tools, and a bias toward practical, scalable solutions while maintaining quality and customer impact.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong production-level experience with Ruby on Rails and React.

Responsibilities

• Ship product work end-to-end across Rails, React, and React Native.
• Manage task execution with daily progress updates and blockers.
• Collaborate with product, design, support, and clients to define done.
• Submit work for code review and adhere to SDLC standards.
• Identify and fix technical debt beyond the ticket scope.
• Investigate problems rigorously and separate facts from assumptions.
• Communicate clearly with engineers, product, and clients.
