Dolead in Paris is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join the Perfect User Journey squad. You will design and implement features across the stack, from React frontends to Python services, while shaping the problems to solve and measuring outcomes with data.

You will collaborate with Product, Data and Architecture in a small, cross-functional team, ensuring strong user experience and measurable business impact within a hybrid Paris setup.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Built and scaled web products in a product-led environment.
• Strong experience with React and TypeScript or JavaScript.
• Autonomous on the back end to build complete features using Python and APIs.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Design and develop features across the stack from React interfaces to Python services.
• Own end-to-end feature delivery including back-end components.
• Improve landing pages UX, performance, and conversion.
• Experiment, measure and scale with Product and Business to test hypotheses.
