Dolead is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to shape user journeys and product experiences across Europe and the US. You will design, build, and own features end-to-end, from React interfaces to Python services, while collaborating with Product, Data and Business teams to drive measurable impact.

You thrive in a small, cross-functional squad and balance frontend excellence with robust backend delivery, experiment-driven decisions, and a strong focus on user experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.

• Build features end-to-end from React interfaces to Python services.
• Own back-end components to deliver complete features.
• Improve landing pages and user journeys across the product.
• Design architecture and performance improvements for scalability.
