Dolead in Paris is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with a strong interest in UX, product thinking and experimentation to join our Perfect User Journey squad. You will design and develop features across the stack, from React interfaces to Python services, and own back-end components as needed.

The role emphasizes shaping problems, measuring outcomes, and connecting technical decisions to customer experience and business results.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience in a product-led environment.
• Built and scaled web products with modern front-end stacks.
• Strong experience with React and TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Understand web performance and front-end architecture.
• Autonomous back-end capability with Python and APIs.
• Comfort with data, experiments and measuring impact.
• Think in terms of users and business outcomes, not only code.
• Able to contribute to decisions in a small multidisciplinary team.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Build product features end-to-end across the stack (React frontend to Python services).
• Own back-end components needed to deliver complete features.
• Improve high-impact user journeys, focusing on performance and UX.
• Experiment, measure and scale: turn ideas into testable hypotheses and analyze impact.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and evolving stack.
