Job summary

Upflow is seeking a senior software engineer to build high-impact features for its FRM platform. You will work across AI agents, workflow automations, analytics, and payments, delivering production-ready code daily in a fast-paced startup environment.

You will collaborate with product, design, and other engineers to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, with a strong emphasis on UX and reliability. Based in Paris or in the Paris timezone, with on-site or full-remote options.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Typescript, React and SQL.
• Proficient with agentic coding assistants such as Claude Code.
• Strong skills in architecture, software reliability, and scalability.
• Product sensibility and care about UX.
• Good teamwork and feedback skills.
• Desire to work in a startup with autonomy and ownership.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Based in Paris, or in the Paris timezone.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement complex, high-impact product features from start-to-finish.
• Collaborate with product manager, designer, and engineers to translate requirements into solutions.
• Ship clean, maintainable code to production daily.
• Participate in technical reviews and provide feedback.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues.
• Optimize application performance and ensure scalability.
• Help improve agentic tools and automations.
