Job summary

Upflow is seeking a software engineer to build high-impact features across AI agents, workflows, analytics, and payments. You will ship production-ready code daily and collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

With a fast-paced, ownership-driven environment, you will help Upflow remain a leading agentic software provider while pushing quality and UX.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Typescript, React and SQL.
• Experience with agentic coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code).
• Strong architecture, reliability and scalability skills.
• Product sensibility and UX focus.
• Good teamwork and feedback attitude.
• Wants to work in a startup with autonomy and ownership.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Based in Paris or in Paris timezone.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement high-impact product features from start-to-finish.
• Collaborate with product, design and other engineers to translate requirements.
• Ship clean, maintainable code to production daily.
• Participate in technical reviews with constructive feedback.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex product issues.
• Optimize performance and ensure scalability.
• Improve agentic tools and automations.
