Overt Minds is seeking a Lead Frontend UI Developer to architect and deliver modern web applications. This fully remote role focuses on React/Next.js, HTML/CSS, and scalable UI components across eCommerce and product platforms.

You will mentor teams, set UI standards, and collaborate with Product, UX, Backend and QA to ship high-quality experiences with performance and accessibility in mind.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of frontend engineering with modern web stacks.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale production applications.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams with Product, UX, Backend and QA.
• Familiarity with deployment pipelines and CI/CD basics.

Responsabilités

• Lead design and development of complex frontend applications using React/Next.js and TS.
• Architect frontend solutions, scaffold projects, define UI standards.
• Mentor engineers, run code reviews, and drive engineering excellence.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate UI/UX requirements into deliverables.
• Ensure high performance, accessibility, and maintainability across apps.
