PIXID is undergoing an ambitious transformation and seeks Senior Frontend Developers to lead the frontend modernization across React and React Native. You will shape engineering standards, contribute technically, and mentor peers while aligning with product and UX goals.

Join an Agile Scrum squad building a SaaS platform, migrate Angular/mobile apps to React, and establish scalable frontend practices with a focus on performance, accessibility, and reusable components.

Qualifications

6+ years in frontend development, with at least 4 years in React/React Native.
Proven leadership in React migration projects within complex/enterprise environments.
Strong experience with frontend testing strategies (Jest, Playwright) and test coverage best practices.
Hands-on with multi-application/monorepo architectures (Nx, Lerna, Yarn Workspaces).
Experience designing and maintaining design systems and reusable components.
Storybook used as central tool for component development and QA.
Strong UX mindset; ability to challenge product decisions to improve UX.

Responsabilités

Define and drive frontend development standards across React and React Native apps.
Establish code review processes, architectural patterns, and shared quality guidelines.
Mentor frontend developers and promote engineering best practices.
Lead React version upgrades and plan smooth migrations with robust testing.
Maintain 80% test coverage with unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
Build and maintain a shared component library and design system; use Storybook as foundation.
