BoostHire LLC is hiring a Senior React Developer to lead frontend features for our next‑gen SaaS platform. You will collaborate closely with product and design, own frontend architecture, and help scale our data‑rich dashboards with clean, maintainable code.

You will work with backend engineers to integrate APIs, ensure accessibility, and contribute to design systems while staying current with best practices in frontend performance and testing.

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of frontend experience with deep React expertise.
• Experience with state management (Redux, Zustand, Jotai, or similar).
• Comfortable with REST and GraphQL APIs and async data handling.
• Eye for detail in UX/UI and a bias for clean, maintainable code.
• Proactive communicator who thrives in a collaborative product team.
• Nice to have SaaS/B2B/enterprise dashboards and testing tools familiarity.

Responsabilités

• Build, test, and ship React components for complex, data-rich UIs
• Collaborate with designers to turn prototypes into real, pixel-perfect features
• Own the frontend architecture - refactor, modularize, and guide improvements
• Contribute to component libraries, design systems, and accessibility practices
• Review code, mentor teammates, and help raise the bar on front-end quality
• Work closely with backend engineers to integrate APIs and shape data flows
