Vibe.co is seeking a senior fullstack engineer to join the AdManager team in Paris. You’ll build advertiser-facing features, from campaign setup to reporting and creatives management, using Next.js, React, and TypeScript.

You’ll own initiatives end-to-end, partner with product and engineering, and ensure reliable, scalable backend services on PostgreSQL. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment where speed and technical excellence go hand in hand.

Qualifications

• Experience shipping production-grade fullstack software with Next.js, React, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL.
• Track record owning projects end-to-end, from problem definition through long-term maintenance.
• Strong backend fundamentals in API design, data modeling, and system architecture.
• Experience taking ownership of production systems, including monitoring, debugging, and incident response.
• Ability to break down ambiguous initiatives into technical plans and manage dependencies.

About The Role

You’ll join AdManager, the team behind Vibe's client-facing advertiser experience — campaign setup, performance reporting, creatives management, tool and data integrations, payments, and account management. You’ll report to [Manager Name], [Title]. This freelance role exists because AdManager's scope is expanding fast, and the team needs senior engineering capacity to keep shipping complex advertiser-facing initiatives without lowering the bar on quality or reliability. You’ll work on a product surface advertisers touch every day, alongside an engineering and product team that operates with high ownership and low process friction, in an environment where speed and technical excellence are expected to reinforce each other.

What You’ll Do

Build & Ship Advertiser-Facing Product

• Design core AdManager features for campaign setup, reporting, and creatives management
• Ship complex advertiser-facing initiatives from conception through production
• Own initiatives end-to-end with minimal supervision
• Translate ambiguous product requirements into clear technical plans
• Partner with product managers and engineers to define delivery milestones

Fullstack Engineering

• Build advertiser-facing interfaces using Next.js, React, and TypeScript
• Design scalable APIs, services, and database schemas for advertiser workflows
• Maintain backend systems on PostgreSQL that support reporting and campaign data
• Apply rigorous testing and code review practices across the codebase

Reliability & Production Ownership

• Instrument new features with monitoring, logging, and alerting before launch
• Debug and resolve production issues for systems you build
• Contribute to incident response and postmortems with clear ownership
• Improve codebase conventions and developer experience beyond assigned tickets

Product & Technical Judgment

• Identify better technical solutions for advertiser workflow problems
• Challenge weak assumptions with pragmatic, data-backed alternatives
• Use AI-assisted development workflows to accelerate delivery
• Uphold a high bar for correctness across a shared codebase

What You Need
