Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in integrated marketing, marketing strategy, campaign planning or marketing programme management.
• Strong business acumen, analytical thinking and the ability to translate data and consumer insights into actionable recommendations.
• Strong critical thinking and sound judgement: able to challenge assumptions and align teams without direct authority.
• Ability to balance global consistency with relevant local adaptation, using evidence and influencing skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
• Fluent in French and English, with the confidence to challenge and influence stakeholders in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyse business performance, consumer insights and market trends to identify France’s priority marketing moments.
• Translate global marketing direction into an integrated France marketing plan, identifying what to adopt, adapt or challenge.
• Develop clear, evidence-based recommendations on priorities and trade-offs, balancing impact, investment and resources.
• Build a rationale for local adaptations and influence global stakeholders when French market requires a different approach.
• Lead campaign kick-offs and align local and global stakeholders around objectives, responsibilities and timelines.
• Ensure campaigns meet France’s objectives and are delivered on time and within brief.
