SC Johnson in Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine, France, is seeking a Senior FP&A Commercial Analyst to partner with Marketing and New Business sales teams, supporting profitable sales growth across the French Consumer business. You will analyze category and brand performance, assess ROI of promotions, help with budget, forecasts, and S&OP, and prepare business cases for portfolio growth.

A minimum of 2 years' FP&A experience and a post-qualification accounting credential are required, with fluent English

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of FP&A experience.
• Qualified accountant with post- qualification experience.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the business context.
• Full proficiency in English.

Responsabilités

• Analyze category, brand and product performance including sales, margin, mix.
• Provide financial insights and ROI of promotions and marketing investments.
• Support planning and prioritization of marketing investments across brands and initiatives.
• Build financial business cases for growth initiatives including post-launch analysis.
• Participate in monthly S&OP and closing cycles and ensure books accuracy.
• Support value creation through customer/channel P&L analysis.
