Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates is seeking a Junior Market (Sales) Finance Business Partner for our Saint-Denis-De-L'Hôtel and Paris area. You will support local commercial and sales teams across Grocery, SPT, E-Commerce & Home Delivery with financial insight and forecasting.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in finance, preferably in FMCG/retail, with advanced Excel, Power BI and SAP skills and bilingual English/French capability for cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in finance roles (FP&A, commercial finance or revenue management).
• Experience in consumer goods or retail is a plus.
• Strong Excel, Power BI and SAP skills.
• Fluent in English and French for cross-border collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Customer Business Director and sales teams to define strategies and targets.
• Spend time in market to understand customer realities and growth opportunities.
• Support planning, forecasting and integration of forecasts into financial systems.
• Collaborate with Sales and Supply Chain to challenge forecast assumptions and mitigate risks.
