SC Johnson is seeking a Senior FP&A Commercial Analyst in Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine, France. You will partner with Marketing, New Business sales, and regional teams to support profitable sales growth, acting as a financial advisor for the French Consumer business.

Responsibilities include analyzing category and brand performance, evaluating ROI on promotions, and building business cases for innovation. English proficiency and post-qualification accounting expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of FP&A experience.
• Qualified accountant with post-qualification experience.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of business context.
• Full proficiency in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.

Responsabilités

• Analyze category, brand and product performance, including sales, margin, mix and portfolio profitability.
• Identify key growth drivers, risks and opportunities, and provide financial insights to business partners.
• Evaluate ROI of promotional activities and marketing investments with Customer Marketing and Trade Strategy teams.
• Support planning and prioritization of marketing investments across brands and initiatives.
• Build financial business cases for innovation, portfolio renovation and growth initiatives, including post-launch analysis.
• Participate in monthly S&OP and closing cycles (R/O, business proposition, books accuracy).
• Support new business and channel growth initiatives, including customer and channel P&L analysis.
• Contribute to annual budget, forecasts and re-estimates; track rebates and promotions with Finance.
• Analyze monthly results and provide updates on performance, outlook, risks and opportunities.
