SC Johnson is seeking a Senior FP&A Commercial Analyst to act as a business partner to the Marketing and New Business teams in France. The role sits within the French Consumer division and collaborates with regional teams and European HQ.

You will analyze performance, drive profitability, and support budgeting, forecasting, and ROI reviews of promotional activities. The position offers exposure to S&OP cycles and strategic growth initiatives in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Qualified accountant with post qualification experience.
• Strong commercial awareness understanding the wider context in which the business operates.
• Full proficiency in English is a must.
• Capacity in communicating financial implications clearly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Analyze category, brand and product performance, including sales, margin, mix and portfolio profitability.
• Identify key growth drivers, risks and opportunities, and provide clear financial insights to business partners.
• Evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of promotional activities and marketing investments, partnering closely with Customer Marketing and Trade Strategy teams.
• Support planning and prioritization of marketing investments across brands and initiatives.
• Build financial business cases for innovation, portfolio renovation and other growth initiatives, including post-launch performance analysis.
• Participate in the monthly S&OP and closing cycle (assessing R/O, business proposition, ensuring books accuracy).
• Support new business and channel growth initiatives, including customer and channel P&L analysis.
• Contribute to key financial cycles, including monthly closing, S&OP, annual budget, forecasts and re-estimates.

Senior FP&A Commercial Analyst

Relocation: This role is not eligible for relocation.

Overview: The primary purpose of the position is to act as a Business Partner to the Marketing Team and New Business sales team, as well as Regional Teams, with regards to supporting profitable sales growth. This role is a key part of the financial support (team of 3) of the French Consumer business and will have contact with a wide variety of people at local country level and European HQ.

Responsibilities

• Analyze category, brand and product performance, including sales, margin, mix and portfolio profitability.
• Identify key growth drivers, risks and opportunities, and provide clear financial insights to business partners.
• Evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of promotional activities and marketing investments, partnering closely with Customer Marketing and Trade Strategy teams.

• Build financial business cases for innovation, portfolio renovation and other growth initiatives, including post-launch performance analysis.

• Support completion of the annual budget, as well as forecasts and re-estimate Partner with Finance colleagues to track and forecast rebates, commercial agreements, promotions and other customer investments.
• Contribute to key financial cycles, including monthly closing, S&OP, annual budget, forecasts and re-estimates.
• Analyze monthly results and provide business partners with clear updates on performance, full-year outlook, risks and opportunities.
