Betclic Group in Bordeaux seeks a Financial Analyst within the FP&A team to partner with Marketing and local markets. You will manage budgets, monitor expenses and provide insights for informed decision-making in a dynamic, international environment.

You will also drive process improvements, including automation via Excel macros and BI tools, and lead bi-monthly reviews with multiple markets, reporting to senior management.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance, Management Control or related field.
• 5+ years in management control; strong Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in international environment or tech industry.
• Fluent in French and English (B2+).
• Autonomy, initiative and ability to implement improvements.

Responsabilités

• Support Marketing teams and local markets with budget management, targets and financial analysis.
• Participate in budgeting and reforecasting cycles; analyze variances and support corrective actions.
• Monitor and validate marketing spending commitments; ensure alignment with budgets and cost allocations.
• Lead monthly financial reviews with France, Portugal, Poland and Côte d’Ivoire; discuss performance and projections.
• Prepare monthly CFO reports and contribute to Executive Committee presentations.
• Produce regulatory reporting and maintain relationships with regulators.
• Contribute to automation and continuous improvement of financial processes (Excel macros, BI).
• Handle ad hoc analyses for Marketing investments and performance.
