We are currently seeking an exceptional finance professional to join our team in Boulogne for one year for a newly created role: Senior FP&A Analyst.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, proactive and analytical candidate to make a significant impact in a mid-sized French subsidiary of a multinational enterprise, listed on the UK and US stock exchanges. The role will focus on revamping our management reporting under IFRS, taking full ownership of structuring and controlling our head office costs also thanks to new technologies and partnering with our business teams at a pivotal moment in time for the Company.

Reporting to : Head of FP&A, France
We are looking for an experienced and resourceful Senior FP&A Analyst to lead - during a one year assignment - the transformation of our financial reporting landscape while acting as the key finance business partner for our corporate functions. You will add value by focusing on accelerating data-driven decision making, leveraging new technologies to provide insights and recommendations. You will also rely on your problem solving skills and out of the box thinking to propose new ways of working, and instill strong communication paths, fostering close collaboration between our French operations and our UK Group Finance teams.
Experience : 7+ years in an FP&A or similar role
Education : Bacherlos’ degree in finance or engineering, MBA is a plus
Mandatory Skills : Proven expertise in managing and analysing corporate / head office costs, including IT initiatives and business cases
Solid track record in creating or transforming financial reporting processes
Effective communication skills in French and English
Technical Skills : Expert in Excel and Google Suite is a must. Hands‑on experience with Business Central, Jet report and Power Query tools is highly desirable
Languages : Fluency in both French and English, for written and spoken communication
Mindset : Critical thinker and problem solver, proactive change agent and teamplayer with excellent communication skills, a strong analytical mind, and the ability to build trusting relationships with stakeholders
