Parloa is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to lead end-to-end deployments in enterprise environments, building production-ready integrations and extending the platform.

You will work hands-on across backend, DevOps, and data systems, guiding architecture, mentoring junior engineers, and collaborating with customer teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

This role combines technical depth with field impact, shaping deployments at speed and scale while upholding security and reliability.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering, systems integration, DevOps, or data engineering with customer impact.
• Proven experience leading deep technical deployments in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field; fluent in English and French.

Responsabilités

• Own deployment engineering projects inside large, complex enterprise environments.
• Design deployment solutions for performance, reliability, and security at scale.
• Engineer extensions, integrations, and configurations to close product gaps for enterprise use.
• Collaborate with customer engineering teams across systems to ensure successful deployments.
• Mentor junior in-field engineers and provide technical guidance.
