CMA CGM is seeking a Deputy Fleet Director within CMA Ships in Marseille to lead fleet performance, safety, and sustainability initiatives for our containership fleet. You will drive the fleet governance, reporting, and continuous improvement programs in a global maritime context.

You will coordinate with the Technical Director and CMA CGM Academy, develop maintenance policies, run KPI dashboards, and ensure alignment with company standards across all fleets.

Qualifications

• Minimum extensive experience in ship and technical management.
• Strong knowledge of vessels, systems and technical operations.
• Proven ability to manage projects and people across complex fleets.
• Excellent written and spoken English; proficient with MS Office tools.

Responsabilités

• Comply with IMS and applicable rules, maintain safety and ethics standards.
• Drive continuous performance improvement and fleet governance.
• Develop fleet maintenance policy and ensure effective implementation.
• Design and run fleet performance management system with KPIs and dashboards.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects with Technical, QSSE, Crewing, Procurement and Finance.
