High Transit is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Manager to lead daily maintenance operations for a multi‑shift team. You will oversee preventive and corrective work, ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and drive cost‑effective maintenance across the fleet.

You will provide technical leadership, manage supervisors and technicians, and coordinate with internal customers and vendors to optimize uptime and reliability. Strong knowledge of SAP and MS Office is required.

Qualifications

• Ten years of fleet maintenance experience with supervisory or management responsibility in a multi-shift environment.
• Ability to lead maintenance personnel, coordinate priorities, and communicate with internal customers and vendors.
• Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with maintenance management systems preferred.

Responsabilités

• Plan and manage daily fleet maintenance operations across shifts.
• Coordinate with Shipping and internal customers to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
• Provide technical oversight for diagnostics and repairs and coach staff as needed.
• Oversee inventory, parts, vendor coordination, and purchasing within budget.
• Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, EPA, and company safety requirements.
