Job summary

WhiteBIT Group is seeking an experienced M&A and Corporate Development leader to drive origination and execution of transactions within the fintech and digital assets space. You will coordinate cross-functional due diligence, financial modelling, and negotiations, delivering compelling recommendations to senior leadership.

In this role, you will build and manage a robust deal pipeline, engage with targets and investors, and work closely with Strategy, Legal, and External advisers to ensure

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in M&A, corporate development, investment banking, private equity, strategic finance or similar.
• Proven track record of executing acquisitions/divestments end-to-end with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong capability in identifying and progressing actionable transaction opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Own target origination for acquisitions and divestments.
• Build a prioritized deal pipeline with clear status and ownership.
• Lead end-to-end M&A deal execution including due diligence, structuring and closing.
• Coordinate negotiations on economics and terms and escalate where needed.
• Prepare concise, decision-grade materials for Investment Committee and board.
