Jobtailor in Paris is seeking a senior Financial Operations professional to own the full client billing cycle, drive collections, and coordinate BSPCE and CIR/CII initiatives. You will lead process improvements and implement automation across finance and ops, collaborating with external counsel and internal stakeholders.

The role requires 3–7 years in FinOps, strong B2B billing experience in SaaS, and fluency in French and English for client and legal communications.

• Hands-on CIR/CII experience and stock option administration knowledge.
• Fluent in French and professional English for client and legal communications.

Responsabilités

• Own the full client billing cycle: contract-to-invoice, T&E tracking, and revenue reconciliation.
• Drive collections & recovery: manage overdue follow-up and relationships with clients on payment issues.
• Lead capital operations: BSPCE attributions and exercise tracking with external counsel.
• Own CIR/CII: calculate tax credits and coordinate with stakeholders and advisors.
• Manage insurance: oversee policies, renewals, and claims across Pelico's entities.
• Drive LegalOps tooling: rollout of CLM and BSPCE tracking tools.
• Manage Jennifer (pre-accounting freelance): ensure smooth collaboration and process alignment.
• Lead AI & process transformation: identify and implement automation opportunities across finance & ops.

Responsibilities

• Own the full client billing cycle: contract-to-invoice, T&E tracking, and revenue reconciliation
• Drive collections & recovery: manage overdue follow-up, maintain relationships with clients on payment issues
• Lead capital operations: BSPCE attributions, exercise tracking, coordination with external legal counsel
• Own CIR/CII: calculate tax credits and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external advisors
• Manage insurance: oversee policies, renewals, and claims across Pelico's entities
• Drive LegalOps tooling: own the rollout of contract lifecycle management and BSPCE tracking tools
• Manage Jennifer (pre-accounting freelance): ensure smooth day-to-day collaboration and process alignment
• Lead AI & process transformation: identify and implement automation opportunities across the finance & ops stack

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in financial operations, treasury, or a broad FinOps role
• Deep expertise in B2B billing, collections, and cash management in a SaaS or tech environment
• Hands‑on CIR/CII experience: you can calculate, document, and defend it
• Knowledge of BSPCE or stock option plan administration
• Strong process improvement mindset — you build systems, not just run them
• Fluent in French and professional English (client and legal communications)
