Ubisoft Paris Studio seeks a seasoned finance professional to lead consolidation and in-depth financial analysis for a major brand. You will partner with the CFO, the project management team, and business units to shape strategy, scenarios, and quantified risk assessments.

You will own workload planning, budget tracking, and external cost optimization, while advancing our financial processes with PowerBI and AI tools.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience in management control or financial analysis.
  • Experience with consolidation and financial reporting in production environments.
  • Strong command of Excel and PowerBI.
  • Ability to work autonomously and influence stakeholders.
  • Experience in multi-site environments is a plus.
  • English proficiency for multinational collaboration.

Responsabilités

  • Lead financial consolidation and analysis for a major brand, in collaboration with the CFO, the producer and PMO.
  • Develop recommendations, scenarios and quantified risk assessments.
  • Oversee workload plans, staffing, and budget translation to external costs.
  • Monitor and optimize external costs and co-devs, with full P&L alignment.
  • Support milestone meetings and act as financial representative in reviews.
  • Drive quarterly budget reviews and monthly actuals tracking within the set framework.
  • Foster financial culture and improve processes/tools, notably via PowerBI and AI.

Financial consolidation and analysis for one of Ubisoft's major brands:

In close collaboration with the business unit's CFO, the senior producer, and the project management team: you will contribute to the development of the brand's strategy and business models by producing recommendations, scenarios, and quantified risk assessments.

Analysis and reporting: team workload plans (staffing) and their budgetary translation, monitoring and optimization of external costs, co-devs, full P&L in connection with the business, and any other ad hoc requests, all while taking into account the group's financial constraints.

Supporting and facilitating milestone meetings or any other project reviews (Studio, Business Unit, HQ, etc.), acting as the project's financial representative to the group's financial bodies or any other function involved.

Quarterly budget review process, monthly tracking of actuals within the scope (projects and their impact on the studio), in compliance with the set budgetary framework.

Supporting the spread of financial culture within the brand's projects.

Contributing to the improvement of processes and tools with the aim of better equipping management in its financial tracking and decision-making, particularly via PowerBI and/or with the help of agentic AI.

The current organization, certain assignments, and our stakeholders may evolve as the group's ongoing transformation progresses.

Qualifications

You have significant experience in management control or financial analysis, ideally within a multi-site environment and ideally with exposure to game production;

You have a strong command of financial and accounting techniques: consolidation, financial analysis of accounting statements, financial reporting within a production environment;

You have solid knowledge of Excel and PowerBI;

You demonstrate strong analytical skills and rigor;

You are comfortable leading your topics autonomously, communicating effectively, and convincing your stakeholders;

You are comfortable exchanging and collaborating with non-financial stakeholders, showing pragmatism and the ability to find compromises that address multiple constraints;

You can communicate in English with your non-French-speaking peers and are comfortable in a multicultural environment;

Knowledge of the video game industry and the financial models of its players would be a plus.
