Ubisoft Paris Studio is seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead management control and financial analysis for one of Ubisoft's major brands. You will partner with the CFO, project teams, and business units to model scenarios, assess risks, and translate them into actionable plans.

You will drive monthly tracking, budget reviews, and process improvements, leveraging Excel and PowerBI, while communicating clearly with non-financial stakeholders in a global, multicultural environment.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience in management control or financial analysis, ideally multi-site and with game production exposure.
  • Strong command of consolidation and financial reporting in a production environment.
  • Excellent Excel and PowerBI skills; rigorous and analytical.

Responsabilités

  • Lead quarterly budget reviews and monthly tracking of project financials within budgetary constraints.
  • Develop recommendations, scenarios and risk assessments in collaboration with CFO and project teams.
  • Facilitate milestone meetings and act as the financial representative to group stakeholders; improve processes and tools.

Job Description
  • Financial consolidation and analysis for one of Ubisoft's major brands:
    • In close collaboration with the business unit's CFO, the senior producer, and the project management team: you will contribute to the development of the brand's strategy and business models by producing recommendations, scenarios, and quantified risk assessments.
    • Analysis and reporting: team workload plans (staffing) and their budgetary translation, monitoring and optimization of external costs, co-devs, full P&L in connection with the business, and any other ad hoc requests, all while taking into account the group's financial constraints.
    • Supporting and facilitating milestone meetings or any other project reviews (Studio, Business Unit, HQ, etc.), acting as the project's financial representative to the group's financial bodies or any other function involved.
  • Quarterly budget review process, monthly tracking of actuals within the scope (projects and their impact on the studio), in compliance with the set budgetary framework.
  • Supporting the spread of financial culture within the brand's projects.
  • Contributing to the improvement of processes and tools with the aim of better equipping management in its financial tracking and decision-making, particularly via PowerBI and/or with the help of agentic AI.

The current organization, certain assignments, and our stakeholders may evolve as the group's ongoing transformation progresses.

Qualifications
  • You have significant experience in management control or financial analysis, ideally within a multi-site environment and ideally with exposure to game production;
  • You have a strong command of financial and accounting techniques: consolidation, financial analysis of accounting statements, financial reporting within a production environment;
  • You have solid knowledge of Excel and PowerBI;
  • You demonstrate strong analytical skills and rigor;
  • You are comfortable leading your topics autonomously, communicating effectively, and convincing your stakeholders;
  • You are comfortable exchanging and collaborating with non-financial stakeholders, showing pragmatism and the ability to find compromises that address multiple constraints;
  • You can communicate in English with your non-French-speaking peers and are comfortable in a multicultural environment;
  • Knowledge of the video game industry and the financial models of its players would be a plus.
