Energy Jobline ATTB seeks an experienced Solar Technician to work in a utility-scale solar field in Lancaster, CA. The role involves hands-on troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs from the module level through the point of interconnection.

Qualifications

• Experience as Solar Technician on utility-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of PV systems, inverters, and transformers.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and technical docs.
• Willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment on a utility-scale solar farm, from PV modules to the point of interconnection (POI).
• Respond to dispatched calls for offline or underperforming equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance, quality assurance inspections, and balance of plant (BOP) work.
• Ensure systems operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company and industry standards.
• Create accurate field service reports and submit documentation in a timely manner.
• Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout and site-specific safety requirements.
