SERMA Energy, a leader in high-performance batteries and energy solutions, seeks an Export Sales Engineer to drive growth across international markets. The role requires deep experience in export sales and strong English skills.

Based in Pessac (33) or Guyancourt (78), France, with start planned for January 2027, you will manage key accounts, develop a sales plan, and collaborate with engineering teams to secure long-term customer partnerships.

Qualifications

• Must have significant export sales experience in international business development.
• Fluent English is mandatory; Asian markets knowledge is a strong asset.
• Knowledge of battery technologies and testing is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Prospect and develop international accounts (Europe & Asia) selling the full range of services.
• Develop a sales action plan with Sales Management and implement it across the portfolio.
• Contribute to tender and RFP responses with the technical teams and establish framework agreements.
• Attend customer meetings and industry events to advance relationships.
• Monitor customer satisfaction throughout project execution.
