We are seeking an experienced Executive Search Consultant to drive the identification, assessment, and hiring of senior leaders across multiple geographies and business functions.

This role offers a unique opportunity for an executive search professional looking to move closer to the business while remaining focused on high-level talent strategy. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior executives, you will influence critical leadership decisions, provide market intelligence, and shape succession and hiring strategies for key leadership positions.

The position is particularly suited to candidates coming from leading executive search firms who enjoy combining rigorous search methodology, stakeholder advisory, and direct engagement with senior leadership talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for executive, leadership, and strategically important hiring mandates.
• Partner with C-level executives and business leaders to define talent strategies aligned with organizational priorities.
• Conduct executive search assignments through market mapping, talent intelligence, competitive analysis, and direct candidate engagement.
• Evaluate leadership capabilities, organizational fit, and long-term potential of senior candidates.
• Build and maintain strong external networks across relevant industries and executive talent pools.
• Provide data-driven insights on talent markets, competitor movements, compensation trends, and organizational design.
• Manage relationships with retained search firms and external partners while ensuring excellence in delivery and candidate quality.

Your Profile

• Master's degree from a leading Business School, Engineering School, or University.
• Experience within a recognized executive search firm, leadership advisory practice, or retained search environment.
• Demonstrated success delivering senior-level and executive search mandates across complex and competitive markets.
• Strong capability to influence and advise senior stakeholders, including executive committee members and business leaders.
• Proven expertise in executive assessment, talent mapping, and leadership hiring strategy.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, intellectual curiosity, and strong commercial awareness.
• Fluent French and English; additional languages are an advantage.
