TSMG in France seeks a Senior Autonomous Vehicle Technician to maintain and repair electric and autonomous fleets supporting robotaxi operations across Europe. You will diagnose advanced systems, perform software updates, manage HV safety, and collaborate with AV Operations Leads and depot teams to ensure high uptime and safety in daily deployments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years hands-on automotive technician experience.
• Strong diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair skills.
• Experience with EV systems and high-voltage safety.
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and service software.
• Ability to work in shift-based operations and English proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electric and autonomous vehicles.
• Diagnose, repair, and validate vehicle systems and components.
• Assure fleet readiness and safe operation for robotaxi services.
• Lead shifts, mentor junior technicians, and document repairs.
