Tinder, part of Match Group, is seeking a Payroll & Personnel Administration Manager for Europe based in Paris. The role handles payroll for about 300 employees across Meetic, Match, Tinder, and other entities, with semi-outsourced processes and strong HR administration duties. Remote work up to 2 days/week is possible.

The position requires 5+ years in French payroll, fluency in English, and a detail-driven, highly organized mindset. Paris office, no travel required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in French payroll.
• Professional proficiency in both written and spoken English.
• Highly adaptable with a keen eye for detail.
• Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and plan tasks.

Responsabilités

• Perform semi-outsourced payroll processes across Europe, collecting, entering, and verifying all variable elements.
• Manage HR administration for Europe and back up French administration.
• Handle end-to-end administrative processes for lifecycle events, including onboarding for new joiners.
• Build trust and maintain clear communication with employees.
