Match Group is seeking a Senior Manager, Paid Media in Paris to lead high-impact user acquisition campaigns for Tinder across major European markets. You will own UA strategy, drive multi-million euro budgets, and partner with global teams to scale revenue and brand resonance.

You will report to the Senior Media Director (Paris lead), line-manage two direct reports, and collaborate with teams across the U.S. and Tinder London. Travel to London is required monthly to collaborate in person.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of digital marketing and user acquisition experience.
• Hands-on with mobile attribution platforms like Adjust and AppsFlyer.
• Experience with TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads, Meta, Snapchat, and affiliates.
• Full funnel/marketing lifecycle experience.
• Fluent English in an international environment.

Responsabilités

• Own and drive user acquisition with scalable, multi-channel campaigns.
• Deliver timely performance reports and actionable insights.
• Develop creative test strategies with the design team for optimization.
• Champion channel innovation and manage relationships with marketing partners.
